HOLY TRINITY INDICO

(An electronic newsletter)

All parishioners and friends of Holy Trinity Church in Dunkirk, NY are invited to subscribe to an electronic newsletter called INDICO. INDICO is a Latin word meaning to proclaim, make publicly known, or announce.

This parish-based electronic newsletter, which will be delivered to your e-mail address, is being created for announcements and important news within the parish. To join INDICO:

	simply send an e-mail to the address below indicating you wish to subscribe to INDICO
	be sure to include your name in the body of the e-mail
	you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail when your subscription is active.

You may easily unsubscribe at any time. You may submit as many e-mail addresses as you like for this newsletter (other family members, both home and work e-mail, students away at school, etc.). DON’T BE LEFT OUT OF THE LOOP!

We would like to introduce ourselves to you and explain the form below. The Public Relations Committee is a newly formed group with the following objectives:

1) To help create better communication between the various committees and organizations at Holy Trinity.

2) To help make our parishioners more aware of what is happening in our church.

The attached form is one way for us to help you get information to other parishioners of Holy Trinity or to the public in general. This information might include, but is not limited to, upcoming events, meetings, or even events that have recently occurred. Additional forms will be available in the mailbox area or from anyone on the committee, or you can download and print a form below.

We are also in the process of setting up physical mailboxes in the rectory office for each committee and organization. It is our hope that the mailboxes will be used frequently to keep each other informed of what is happening at Holy Trinity.
